Do you want to grow, develop your agility, or exercise your ability to bounce back through a short, interdisciplinary program?

Several studies have shown that innovative ideas, far from emanating from academic research or R&D departments, come 40% from employees.

Through 18 days of training spread over ten months, supplemented by 8 months of practical work (18 months in total), the MicroMBA provides you with the tools and attitudes necessary to identify and exploit market opportunities, while adopting entrepreneurial behavior and diplomatically managing your company’s stakeholders.

Emotional intelligence, individual resilience and neuroscience, negotiation strategies, self-leadership, and compassionate leadership are just a few of the tools that complement the more traditional business management skills.

Become an entrepreneur within your company: do better, differently

Lasting eight months, the practical component complements the theoretical training with the implementation, in small groups, of a real innovative intra- or entrepreneurial project.

As the cornerstone of the training, the project reveals personal and organizational agility. It’s the best way to demonstrate your capabilities, in other words, to boost your career development.

From a manager, you become a driving force by developing an interdisciplinary innovation that can be transformed into an asset with strong competitive added value. This ability to identify opportunities and exploit them prepares you to bounce back in an increasingly rapidly changing professional environment.

Our advantages

A condensed version of a University of Geneva program designed for large companies, the MicroMBA is sponsored by BCV. The program was designed and is supervised by Professor Raphaël H. Cohen.

It has already been attended by more than 1,500 executives in Switzerland and abroad.

Classes are limited to 25 participants to maximize the benefits of the active learning approach: expert presentations, practical case studies, group work and debates, and networking, all during hotel stays in Switzerland and Europe.

The MicroMBA in Entrepreneurial Management is recognized by the Kalaidos University of Applied Sciences (HES), which allows students to obtain a CAS HES worth 15 ECTS credits.

It also offers a gateway to the EU Business School, which recognizes up to 50% of the credits required to obtain the MBA title.
